This report provides information about all ZIRO Emergency Numbers configured in ZPM and Teams for a given client.

Data Points

The report considers the following data points to determine misconfigurations:

  • All numbers configured inside the ZPM Dial Plan Exception Group named Ziro Emergency Numbers which is manually configured by our PS team
  • ELIN numbers on LisLocations in Teams
  • Emergency Callback Numbers tied to Shared Calling Policies in Teams

Configuration Types

  • Shared Calling Emergency Number

    • Are part of the ZPM Dial Plan Exception Group named Ziro Emergency Numbers
    • Are returned in Teams by Get-CsTeamsSharedCallingRoutingPolicy | Select EmergencyNumbers

  • LisLocation ELIN Number

    • Are part of the ZPM Dial Plan Exception Group named Ziro Emergency Numbers
    • Are returned in Teams by Get-CsOnlineLisLocation

  • :warning: Number Missing in Teams

    • Are part of the ZPM Dial Plan Exception Group named Ziro Emergency Numbers
    • Do not exist in Teams as Shared Calling Emergency Number
    • Do not exist in Teams as LisLocation ELIN Number

This column provides additional information about the emergency number depending on the type.

LisLocation ELIN Number
Description column lists the location of the ELIN when present, otherwise it uses the description of the ELIN (location will sometimes provide a more precise location than the description).

Shared Calling Emergency Number
Description column lists the name of the Shared Calling Policy to which the emergency number is tied.
