Feedback Wanted - We’d love to hear your feedback about this feature.
Pleasebook a time to speak with us!
Get ready to supercharge your Cisco CUCM migration to Microsoft Teams Phone! Upload a .tar export of your configuration and Call Detail Records (CDR) export to dive into amazing insights into your CUCM directory!
Skip the spreadsheets and let ZPM do the heavy lifting! Our report looks across your Microsoft 365 Environment and CUCM to automatically identify your users’ phone numbers and utilization while also providing insights into who is licensed and ready for Microsoft Teams Phone! Users can be selected and built in Microsoft Teams in just seconds!
New EULA and notification system
Users will be asked to agree to our new End User License Agreement when signing in for the first time. This form will only appear once until a new ZIRO issues a new EULA that needs to be agreed to.
ZPM can also display notifications when new release notes or a system-wide outage occur.
An Improved Bulk Provisioning Experience
Our Bulk Provisioning module has undergone a complete redesign to make it easier to assign numbers and policies to Teams users. Stage multiple jobs with hundreds of users. Validate their licenses, policies, and phone number assignments quickly. You can build them all in just seconds.
New Multi-Tenant Sign-In Experience (using Microsoft OIDC)
Note: The administrator must disable SAML SSO for OIDC to be enabled. New installations are OIDC-enabled by default.
Users from different tenants can now access ZPM using Microsoft OpenID Connect. This feature enables multi-tenant organizations to allow helpdesk users from various tenants, such as contractors and managed service providers, who are not members of the organization, to sign in to ZPM.
Setting up OIDC for new installations is considerably easier than SAML, as it does not require exchanging IdP or SP metadata files.
For information, see Gettting Started with Single Sign-On (OIDC or SAML)
Configure Call Forwarding and Delegation Settings
Adjusting user calling settings like call forwarding and delegates is now easier than ever! You can configure call forwarding rules and manage delegates using natural language.
PSTN Utilization Reports
Have you ever stopped to consider who among your team is truly making the most of their Phone System Licenses? We have an effective and user-friendly solution: our PSTN Utilization Report.
This insightful report quickly reveals the users who seldom make or receive calls, pinpointing those who may not need a dedicated Direct Inward Dialling (DID) number.
This report enables significant cost savings, makes your phone system more efficient, and ensures you only pay for what you use!
