Search by Phone Number
You may now search for users by their phone number or extension by providing your search query on the home page or using the top navigation bar.
The search will return any user with a number in Microsoft Teams (LineUri) that fully or partially matches the provided search query.
Port and Stage your Numbers with ZIRO
Customers can now port numbers to ZIRO through the administration interface. Administrators can easily submit individual numbers to port to ZIRO and provide all necessary information and documents (i.e. LOA, CSR, Invoice).
Easily track your port orders by name or phone number and monitor their status in real-time. Administrators can even ensure that each phone number is assigned correctly to the right user or resource account. This helps ensure your site configuration is properly staged and ready ahead of the cutover.
Profile Pictures in Navbar
We have added the user’s profile picture to the navbar to easily identify the logged-in account. Clicking on the picture will reveal the logout button.
Automated Upgrades and Embedded Release Notes
ZPM will now be automatically upgraded upon the release of a new GA version. Additionally, embedded release notes have been added to notify you of each new release’s exciting features and enhancements.
After the upgrade, you will see the release notes when you log in.
You can also find the release notes anytime by clicking on the Release Notes link below the search bar on the homepage.
