How to enable IP Whitelisting to/from the ZIRO Platform

Whitelisting IP Access to ZIRO Platform

ZIRO allows restricting access to the platform and its APIs by IP address. By implementing an IP whitelist, only users or API calls originating from the specified whitelisted IPs will be authorized to access the platform.

To request IP whitelisting, please open a ticket with our support team support@goziro.com

ZIRO Platform IP Range

Starting December 1, 2025, ZIRO will begin hosting the platform within the static IP range:

  • 216.83.54.0/23.

This is a progressive roll-out with a planned completion in Q1 2026.

Why is ZIRO making this change?

By switching to a static IP range, ZIRO will enhance its ability to support additional security measures in two key areas:

  • When setting up an App Registration, Conditional Access Rules can be set up to Restrict Service Principal Access by IP Range.
  • When setting up a proxy for on-premises connectivity, firewall rules can be setup to restrict the outbound access to only the specified IP range.

Official guidance and support for these machanims will be published upon the completion of the migration (Planned for Q1 2026)

Does this change affect your environment?

  • Customer with an on-premises ZPC or Proxy connecting to ZPM with existing firewall rules that whitelist IPs - You must add the above range in anticipation of this change to avoid a disruption

  • Customers who have set up Conditional Access Rules that Restrict Service Principal Access by IP Range - You must update your rules to include the new range.
