Export Files - Gather the necessary files to generate your PBX assessment reports.

- CDR File (see our How to Export CDRs from CUCM

Stage Files - Stage your exported files by using the respective File Upload buttons.

Create PBX Assessment - Click the Create PBX Assessment button on the bottom right of the page.

Consult your reports. - Click on the available reports to view your PBX’s user and device information.
