New Multi-Tenant Sign-In Experience (using Microsoft OIDC)

Note: Administrator will need to disable SAML SSO for OIDC to be enabled. New installations are OIDC-enabled by default.

Users from different tenants can now access ZPM using Microsoft OpenID Connect. This feature enables multi-tenant organizations to allow helpdesk users from various tenants—such as contractors and managed service providers—who are not members of the organization to sign in to ZPM.

Setting up OIDC for new installations is considerably easier than SAML, as it does not necessitate the exchange of .idp or sp metadata files.
