Use this page to create a Resource Account in your tenant. Resource Accounts are used to tie voice applications, such as Call Queues and Auto Attendants, to phone numbers in Microsoft Teams.
Provide a display name, user principal name, and the voice application, and click Save. Once the Resource Account has been created, you’ll be automatically redirected to that account’s 360 view, where you’ll be able to assign a license and phone number.
