The Audio Conferencing Misconfiguration Report displays all Microsoft Teams users with an assigned audio conferencing number, surfacing those whose number is assigned from a country that does not align with their usage location.
For each user, the report includes their usage location alongside their currently assigned Conference Number and Country.
The Conference Number column cells are highlighted orange when the country of a user’s assigned Conference Number differs from their usage location — a common source of conferencing issues.
Corrections can be made directly within the report by selecting the appropriate number from the dropdown in each highlighted cell. Multiple changes can be staged before applying them and a single number can be applied to multiple rows using the Bulk Edit.
For usage locations where Microsoft does not provide a conferencing number, the dropdown will list any available number as an alternative. For these types of users they can optionally be ignored from the report as they will always be surfaced due to their usage location not having dedicated number(s)
