Associated CUCM User
The ZIRO Platform will try to match each Directory Number with its corresponding user using a set of heuristics. If a unique match cannot be found, our report will help you by providing a list of candidate users who meet any of the following business rules:
- DN matches the user’s agent line
- DN matches the user’s primary extension
- DN matches line 1 of a device owned by the user
- DN matches line 1 of a device associated with the user
- DN description contains the user’s first and last name.
- DN alerting name contains the user’s first and last name.
