Emergency Location Management

This dashboard provides a view and management of Microsoft Teams Emergency Locations and their associated network configurations and Places for E911 compliance.

Each Emergency Location is defined by a validated Civic Address and may contain one or more Places (such as floors or specific areas within a building).

Network identifiers—including subnets, switches, access points, and switch ports—are mapped at the Location or Place level to enable Teams to accurately determine an endpoint’s physical location during an emergency call.

Administrators should review and maintain this data whenever network infrastructure or physical layouts change to ensure reliable emergency call routing and regulatory compliance.
