This page manages role and privilege assignments that apply across every tenant on the platform, rather than to a single tenant.
Assign the Global Admin permission to grant users or groups full access across all tenants.
The Teams User Management permission grants a user or group complete tenant management, including configuring 365 licenses, security groups, dial plan groups, and user permissions. This automatically grants the user all other current and future privileges on the tenant.
For granular control, use the Custom Permissions to assign specific permissions to users or groups. For the detailed list of permissions, see the Add/Edit modal.
If you would rather give different permissions to your users per tenant, use the User & Group Permissions link in each tenant’s settings menu.
