How do I export CDRs from CUCM?
Let’s start by authenticating to your CUCM Publisher node. From here, follow these steps:
Generate a CDR file
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://<cucm-publisher>/car/ (Cisco Unified CM CDR Analysis and Reporting).
- Login to the portal with your administrator account.
3. Select “CDR” in the menu bar and select “Export CDR/CMR”.
4. Change the “From Date” month to three months ago on the same date, uncheck “CMR records,” and click “Export to File.”
5. The CDR file may take a moment to generate. Wait until the “Your process is being processed…” message disappears.
6. Right-click on the “CDR File” link and select the option to save the file locally.
7. Once completed, click on the “Close” button to finish.
You now have a TXT file in your Download folder.
Upload it to our PBX Assessment tool as a CDR to finish the process.
