How do I export CDRs from CUCM?

Let’s start by authenticating to your CUCM Publisher node. From here, follow these steps:

Generate a CDR file

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://<cucm-publisher>/car/ (Cisco Unified CM CDR Analysis and Reporting).
  2. Login to the portal with your administrator account.

3. Select “CDR” in the menu bar and select “Export CDR/CMR”.

4. Change the “From Date” month to three months ago on the same date, uncheck “CMR records,” and click “Export to File.”
5. The CDR file may take a moment to generate. Wait until the “Your process is being processed…” message disappears.

6. Right-click on the “CDR File” link and select the option to save the file locally.
7. Once completed, click on the “Close” button to finish.

Upload it to our PBX Assessment tool as a CDR to finish the process.
