This page provides essential details about how your data is gathered, stored and interpreted by the ZIRO PBX Assessment.
What ZIRO will access?
We will access and review aspects of your PBX configuration such as:
- User Lists
- User configurations
- Phone Numbers
- Devices
- IVRs
What ZIRO won’t access?
We will not access messaging content, voicemails, chat messages or any system attributes not tied explicitly to the system configurations.
How does ZIRO retain and protect your data?
- The data gathered by ZIRO is only used to provide you with the assessment of your environment.
- We do not share this data with third parties.
- The data is encrypted, stored in a US based data center and retained for sixty days following submission to our assessment application and can be deleted before this by request.
How does ZIRO export your data?
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
We use exported system backups for CUCM and CDR usage information. Other system information is collected using custom PowerShell collectors that can be found here. For more information please consult the following articles:
