How to export a Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) Configuration

How do I generate a Cisco Unity Connection export file?

You will need the credentials of a Cisco Unity Connection Administrator and PowerShell version 7.0 or later to use this guide

Procedure:

  1. Connect to a workstation with access to Cisco Unity Connection and download ziro-export-unity.ps1.
  2. Launch PowerShell and run the script you’ve downloaded at the previous step.
  3. Enter the address of your Cisco Unity Connection server, your Administrator username and password.
  4. Once executed, the script will create a ZIP file with the date and name of the Cisco Unity Server.

Add this “zip” file to your CUCM export in PBX Assessment to receive your customized report.
