How to export a Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) Configuration

How do I generate a Cisco Unified Contact Center Express export file?

You will need the credentials of a Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) Administrator and PowerShell version 7.0 or later to use this guide

Procedure:

  1. Connect to a workstation with access to Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and download ziro-export-uccx.ps1.
  2. Launch PowerShell and run the script you’ve downloaded at the previous step.
  3. Enter the address of your Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) server, your Administrator username and password.
  4. Once executed, the script will create a ZIP file with the date and name of the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) server.

:white_check_mark: You now have an export of your Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) configuration.
Add this “zip” file to your CUCM export in PBX Assessment to receive your customized report.
