Displays the directory numbers or menu that callers can use to reach this auto-attendant. - Greetings
Shows the active greeting, business hours and holiday schedule. This section defines what callers hear when they reach the menu based on the schedule. - Destinations (Keypad Options)
Lists each keypad option (0–9, * and #) and where the call is transferred when selected. You can review transfers to users, hunt groups, voicemails, Auto-Attendants, or other menus, and identify unused options.
