The PSTN Call Record Finder provides an easy way to find records by UPN, Display Name, or phone number.
How to interpret a record:
- Start date — When the call began, shown in your local browser timezone
- From — The originating number, and optionally the UPN or display name if the call was placed from a Teams user
- To — The destination number, and optionally the UPN or display name if the call was received by a Teams user
- Duration — Total length of the call in minutes
- Call type code — Indicates the call direction and routing method. See Microsoft’s documentation on call type codes
On load, the report automatically filters to your logged-in user. Timestamps are shown in your local browser timezone, converted from UTC.
