Emergency Policy Management
Administrators can now view and manage Emergency Calling and Emergency Call Routing policies directly within ZIRO Platform. This completes the Network Topology management experience introduced in 10.7 — network sites can now be fully configured end-to-end, with emergency policies assignable to a site without leaving the platform.
Smarter CUCM Migration Assessments for Calling Plan Recommendations
ZIRO’s CUCM migration assessments now deliver more accurate calling plan recommendations, helping organizations avoid over-provisioning Microsoft Teams calling capacity. By applying deeper intelligence to Cisco CUCM CDR data, ZIRO can precisely identify which calls are truly PSTN-bound versus internal traffic that disappears post-migration — including calls routed to voicemail. The result: right-sized calling plans, reduced licensing costs, and recommendations customers can trust from day one of their Teams deployment.
Resource Accounts Can Now Be Assigned a Main Number
Resource Accounts can now have a main number assigned. Previously, dial plans with extensions could not have their main number modified in ZIRO Platform. With this update, Resource Accounts include an additional field to assign the main number of an extension-based dial plan.
