This month’s release helps migration teams get from assessment to cutover faster. Site-level tracking, smarter number mapping, and RingCentral Call Queue migration make migrations easier, while multi-group bulk jobs and a new Reports dashboard simplify everyday Teams voice administration.

Site Migration Tracker
ZIRO now gives migration teams site-level visibility into their Teams migration. Configure your sites, associate them with CUCM objects such as device pools and calling search spaces, and ZIRO organizes directory numbers by site and tracks completion status across every office or campus in a single dashboard.
Improved Directory Number Mapping for CUCM Assessments
When enabled, ZIRO resolves 90%+ of CUCM directory numbers into valid E.164 format. This eliminates days of manual number-building and removes one of the most common blockers on the critical path to a Microsoft Teams migration - determining the final E.164 number for every user and device.
Migrate RingCentral Call Queues to Microsoft Teams
You can now migrate RingCentral Call Queues directly to Microsoft Teams from your migration assessment. ZIRO will help you map members in RingCentral to Microsoft Teams Users and configure the Teams Call Queue to behave as closely as possible to your RingCentral queues, eliminating manual interventions and misconfiguration during the migration.
Provisioning & Management
Multiple Dial Plan Groups in a Single Bulk Job
Bulk Provisioning now supports multiple Dial Plan Groups within a single job, making it easier to manage large-scale Microsoft Teams rollouts across multiple sites or deployment batches. Admins can group users by Dial Plan Group in collapsible sections, each with its own configuration and validation, while running and monitoring everything from one place. Fewer jobs to manage means less risk, less overhead, and faster provisioning for complex enterprise migrations.
Entra ID Attribute Updates for Cloud-Only Users
ZIRO can now update Microsoft Entra ID user attributes for cloud-only users when provisioning Microsoft Teams Calling. Once configured, fully cloud-based organizations get the same directory automation that on-premises customers already enjoy.

Reports Dashboard
The Reports module now includes a summary dashboard for Microsoft Teams configuration reports, so admins can see what needs attention at a glance.
