Release Notes - ZIRO Platform September 2026
This release of ZIRO Platform is planned for General Availability in September 2026
Complete Call Queue & Auto Attendant Configuration
Administrators can now configure Microsoft Teams Call Queues and Auto Attendants entirely from ZIRO Platform β no more falling back to PowerShell or TAC for the advanced settings. The Call Queue edit form now includes a full Exception Handling section covering overflow, timeout, and no-agent behaviour, a Callbacks section so callers can request a return call instead of waiting on hold, and support for Teams Channel and Shifts as agent modes alongside the existing Users & Groups option.
On the Auto Attendant side, admins can now manage Holidays directly from the Auto Attendant list β creating, editing, and deleting holiday names and date ranges without opening the full edit form β and turn on Voice Input so callers can speak their selection (βSalesβ) instead of only pressing a key.
Multi-Line Support for Teams Users
ZIRO now recognizes alternate numbers across the seat selector and dial plan inventory report, preventing accidental double-assignment to another user. Helpdesk users can also view and delete a userβs alternate numbers directly from the calling tile in the 360Β° view β no more leaving ZIRO to manage multi-line Teams users.
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed an issue where the PSTN Usage Report was not attributing all call records to users.
- Fixed various Teams Call Queues and Auto Attendants errors.
- Fixed an issue where ZPM bulk provisioning jobs did not redirect to the job page after saving.
- Fixed an issue where saving a Microsoft 365 license and usage location change together could send duplicate save requests.
