This page provides a complete overview of the selected RingCentral Auto Attendant and how incoming calls are handled. Use it to quickly understand the attendant’s configuration and verify how callers are routed at a glance.
- General Settings Displays the auto attendant’s name, assigned phone number(s), language, and site.
- Greetings Shows the greeting played when a caller enters the auto attendant. The greeting is either a pre-recorded audio file or a text-to-speech message.
- Menu Buttons Lists each configured key press option (0–9, *, # and no input) and the action triggered when selected. You can review connections to extensions, voicemail transfers, dial-by-name directory routing, and external transfers, and choose to reveal unconfigured options.
