If your organization uses Shared Voicemail in Microsoft Teams, shared voicemail boxes are backed by Microsoft 365 groups. It may be useful to expose certain shared voicemail groups to your helpdesk so they can manage membership without requiring elevated Azure AD permissions.
Use this page to manage which shared voicemail groups your helpdesk will have access to from the “Shared Voicemail Memberships” tile in the 360 View. Define which groups your helpdesk will be able to see and/or be able to add or remove users from.
Notes:

Leaving both “Shared Voicemail Group” fields on this page empty will cause the corresponding tile in the 360 view to be hidden from view for your helpdesk.

Shared voicemail group names and their descriptions will be displayed to your helpdesk. We recommend making those meaningful to the helpdesk staff who will be updating the membership of these groups.
