The Number Migration Report is designed to help you easily migrate users from your RingCentral PBX to Microsoft Teams Phone by automating the identification of your users’ phone numbers and determining which numbers are used for what, leveraging a variety of AI-powered insights.

Move to Microsoft Teams Columns
The last two columns display the values used to build the number and the associated UPN in Microsoft Teams. The values are built using the following business rules:
UPN
- If RingCentral user’s
emailexists in Entra ID:
→ Fetch the user from Entra and display their UPN. - **If RingCentral user’s email
does NOT exist in Entra:** → Display the RingCentralenduserId`. - If the RingCentral user’s contact information does not match with Entra ID:
→ Leave the field blank.
Number
- If the phone number is provided with an extension:
→ Display the phone number. - If no phone number is provided for the extension:
→ Display an empty value
