AI Insights Columns
Usage Type
Our AI will categorize the types of lines used within your organization. This column will break down you Directory Numbers into the following categories:
- Public Phone: A line that has no user association and is only found on physical desk phones (e.g., device names starting with
SEP
). - User: A line that is associated with a unique user and is not a UCCX IPCC extension (i.e., it is not linked to a UCCX agent).
- Agent : A line that is associated with a unique user and has a UCCX IPCC extension.
- Hunt Group Member: A line designated as an extension within the line group members of a hunt list.
- Unclassified: Rows that either have multiple user matches or no user matches and are not identified as Hunt Group Members.
Associated CUCM User
Our AI will attempt to match each DN with its corresponding user. If a unique match cannot be found, our AI will assist you by providing a list of candidate users that meet any of the following business rules:
- DN matches the user’s agent line
- DN matches the user’s primary extension
- DN matches line 1 of a device owned by the user
- DN matches line 1 of a device associated with the user
- DN description contains the user’s first and last name.
- DN alerting name contains the user’s first and last name.
Move to Microsoft Teams Columns

enduserId
does NOT exist in Entra:
→ Display the CUCMenduserId
. - If CUCM
enduserId
is not available at all:
→ Display the DN alerting name. - If DN alerting name is empty:
→ Leave the field blank.
Number
- If translation rules are present and include the number on the row:
→ Display the transformed number. - If no matching translation rule is found:
→ Display the original directory number (DN) value as is.
