Identify Misconfigured Shared Calling Users
Many users have enabled shared calling through the Teams Admin Center or Group Memberships but have forgotten to turn on enterprise voice.
This mistake stops users from making or receiving calls with their shared number. ZIRO’s Reports now highlight users who are not correctly set up for enterprise voice when a Shared Calling Policy is assigned.
Next-Level Intelligence for Your Move from CUCM to Teams
Your move from CUCM to Microsoft Teams just got a whole lot easier with a ton of additional insights:
-
CUCM Directory Numbers - Usage Types - Now includes significantly more high-level usage insights to help you identify your numbers and plan your migration with ease.
-
CUCM Directory Numbers - Device Types - Now provides insights into the types of devices linked to specific numbers. You can easily filter for softphone-only users, who are generally simpler to move, or identify deskphones or analog devices that may require more attention during your migration.
Users can now filter by specific hunt group memberships, enabling quick identification of individuals who may need queue memberships as they transition to Microsoft Teams.
Export your Assessments to Excel
Having leveraged the capabilities of the ZIRO Platform to perform an extensive analysis, you now have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the data by utilizing Excel in conjunction with Copilot. This dynamic combination allows you to not only interpret the insights generated but also to create detailed visual representations of your directory. By doing so, you can effectively tailor your strategies and actionable plans to ensure a seamless and well-organized migration process.
An even richer view for your Cisco Auto Attendant & Hunt Pilots
Migrating your Cisco Auto Attendants and Hunt Pilots just became easier. This update improves the usability and accuracy of Auto Attendant and Hunt Pilots. Navigate your existing call flows in seconds, display extension and voicemail redirections on auto attendants, and show call utilization to hunt pilots.
